CYLINDER KIT ATHENA BIG BORE 58MM YAMAHA YZ125 22-24 YZ125X 23-24

Description The latest generation Yamaha YZ 125 stands out with its extraordinary engine power and nimble handling, offering immediate throttle response and impeccable cornering control. The power delivery is well-balanced, providing significant thrust without sacrificing maneuverability. The transmission delivers smooth gear changes, allowing the rider to maintain control in every situation. For those looking to elevate their Yamaha YZ 125 to the next level, Athena presents the new Big Bore Cylinder Kit, the ultimate upgrade over the Standard Bore cylinder, designed to maximize power and track performance. Advanced Technology for Superior Performance Athena’s Big Bore Cylinder Kit increases displacement to 144 cc, unleashing a surge of power felt from the first twist of the throttle. With advanced engineering design and rigorous dyno and track testing, this kit transforms each acceleration into an exhilarating experience, with power that grows steadily across all RPMs. Cylinder: Unmatched Performance At the core of the kit is the aluminum cylinder, engineered with optimized geometries to maximize combustion efficiency. The intake and exhaust ports are designed for optimal gas flow, and the water jackets are tailored to prevent overheating even during the most demanding sessions. Athena’s Big Bore Cylinder Kit maintains smooth and balanced power delivery throughout the RPM range, enhancing the YZ 125’s riding experience. Modular Head: Customizable Power The modular head features an aluminum outer shell and a bronze inner dome. This design allows for customization of squish and compression ratios. Additional benefits include improved heat dissipation, increased reliability, and extended engine life, especially in extreme off-road conditions. The self-centering dome, recessed into the cylinder, ensures a perfect seal and optimal combustion for smooth and consistent power delivery. Flexibility and superior performance are critical in 2T engines where every detail matters. Exhaust Power Valves: Durability and Reliability The exhaust power valves are made from Ergal 7075 with hard anodizing, offering resistance to high temperatures while remaining lightweight. Precisely engineered, these valves ensure an airtight seal, preventing compression losses and maintaining combustion efficiency for consistent and reliable power. Complete Kit for Total Reliability In true Athena tradition, the Big Bore Cylinder Kit includes a high-quality gasket set, designed for a complete installation. Each gasket is engineered to withstand the extreme conditions of the track, ensuring a perfect seal and long engine life. The Ultimate Upgrade for Your Yamaha YZ 125 The Athena Big Bore Cylinder Kit is more than just a replacement part; it’s a declaration of pure power and unwavering reliability. Installing this kit will make every corner thrilling and every throttle twist a pleasure. With Athena, your Yamaha YZ 125 will become the perfect tool for any track, ready to deliver precision performance and unleash irresistible force.
